I enjoy working alongside my clients to help them reach their full potential. I want clients to feel comfortable and make that a priority. My focus is often on helping individuals and families find and build upon their strengths. We all face trials and difficulties at times and I work together with my clients to navigate through that with their goals for the treatment in mind. I have extensive experience treating individuals navigating depression, anxiety, trauma, and adjustment disorders. I am trained in CBT, TF-CBT, and EMDR among other techniques. I bring 14 years of experience in working with individuals and families. I began my career working for the Department of Human Services in Kansas City, MO following my graduation from Iowa State University. I then returned to the metro and worked for a non-profit providing services to individuals with mental health conditions, teen parents, and children in Omaha Public School System. I received my Master's Degree in Clinical Counseling from Bellevue University in 2014 and have worked for several agencies providing therapy to adults, children, and families for the past 10 years. I opened my practice in 2023 with the goal of continuing to support individuals and families in reaching their goals.
